Fatbet.net won’t sell your personal information or invade your privacy. We just want you to lose some weight and have fun in the process. Honest. In exchange, we ask you to agree to the following:

I will take responsibility for my own weight-loss and fitness goals. I understand that I should seek advice from a medical professional before embarking on a weight loss and/or fitness program. I understand that the creators of Fatbet.net are not medical or weight-loss professionals. I’m not sure they’re even professionals.
I alone am responsible for any optional Fatbet wager I make or agree to, and I will abide by any applicable local, state, and federal gambling laws.
I will only send a Fatbet challenge to people I know.
I am responsible for what I write to other members of my Fatbet group(s) in the message board area. If someone gets upset because something I wrote was mean-spirited, I will apologize and try to make it up to them.
I understand that all others in any Fatbet group that I join will be able to see the amount of weight I want to lose (but not my actual weight), and they will be able to monitor my progress toward my weight-loss goal.
